Bipasha Basu’s latest song ‘Bipasha’ has become quite a hit, but the actress says that she wasn’t easily convinced to give her name to the song. The song features in her new film ‘Jodi Breakers’, whose plot revolves around a duo that helps in breaking relationships.
“Yes there is a song called ‘Bipasha’ in the film, which has thankfully become popular also. I felt very nice performing on it. It took time for the team to convince me to give my name to the song, but I think it has all worked out really well and we are very happy with the film, with the script, the way the film has shaped up and all the songs,” she said.
The 33-year-old actress also revealed that she spent her Valentine’s Day working with her ‘special one’ - R Madhavan.
“I spent the entire Valentine’s Day with a special one. I was with Madhavan for the whole day. And when we finished our work, I messaged Madhavan’s wife ‘now I am sending your husband. Enjoy!!’” she said.
‘Jodi Breakers’, starring Basu, Madhavan and Omi Vaidya, releases on February 24.
